Cawabanga Terms & Conditions — Please read before use

These terms and conditions govern the use of the Cawabanga platform and all its services. Cawabanga is an online gaming and lottery platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

"Platform" refers to the Cawabanga website, mobile app, and all associated services. "Member" refers to any registered user.

These terms may be updated at any time. Members will be notified on the platform and by email when changes are made. Continued use of the platform after any update will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

Cawabanga operates in compliance with applicable laws of Bangladesh. The courts of Bangladesh shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.

To register on Cawabanga, the following conditions must be met:

• All information provided must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Each person may only operate one account.
• The mobile number and email address used during registration must belong to the member.
• Cawabanga may request a National ID or passport for identity verification when required.

Cawabanga reserves the right to cancel all accounts and forfeit balances if false information is provided or multiple accounts are found.

Members are solely responsible for keeping their account secure. Passwords should never be shared and must be changed regularly.

• Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and include a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Any suspicious activity must be reported to Cawabanga Support immediately.
• Members are solely responsible for all activity carried out on their account.
• Using another person's account is strictly prohibited.

Cawabanga offers biometric login and two-factor authentication. Enabling these features significantly enhances your account security.

Cawabanga currently supports deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Additional payment methods may be added in the future.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. Additional documentation may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

• Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once submitted.
• It is recommended that the deposit and withdrawal methods be the same.
• For suspicious transactions, Cawabanga reserves the right to hold payments while an investigation is underway.

Cawabanga regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer comes with its own terms. The general conditions are outlined below:

• To qualify for a bonus, the required deposit must be made within the offer's validity period.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you are generally required to wager 5–10 times the bonus amount.
• Each promotional offer may only be used once per member, unless stated otherwise.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once the bonus period expires.
• Cawabanga reserves the right to modify or cancel any offer at any time.

All games on Cawabanga operate using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology verified by independent auditing bodies. This ensures every outcome is completely random with no possibility of manipulation.

• The RTP (Return to Player) rate for each game is listed in the game's description.
• Lottery draws are conducted through a fully transparent process.
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be refunded.
• In the event of a dispute over game results, Cawabanga will review its server logs to make a final determination.

Cawabanga will not be held liable if a game is affected by a member's disconnection. However, if funds were deducted and the game was not completed, please contact support and the matter will be investigated and resolved.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Cawabanga platform:

• Multiple Accounts: Opening multiple accounts under one person's name or identity.
• Bot Usage: Playing games using automated software or bots.
• Fraud: Exploiting any technical glitch or bug for personal gain.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial transactions.
• Threats or Harassment: Threatening or abusive behavior toward other members or Cawabanga staff.
• False Information: Submitting false documents or information during verification.

Violating this prohibition will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of balance. In serious cases, legal action will be taken.

Cawabanga believes gaming is for fun, not a solution to financial problems. That's why we are firmly committed to responsible gaming.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• If needed, your account can be temporarily suspended for 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion can be requested, and it is irreversible.
• If signs of gaming addiction are detected, Cawabanga may proactively reach out to warn the member.

If you have a dispute with Cawabanga, please contact our support team first. Most issues can be resolved quickly.

• An initial response will be provided within 48 hours of submitting a complaint.
• Complex cases may take up to 7 business days to resolve.
• In disputes over game outcomes, server logs shall serve as the final and definitive evidence.
• If support is unable to resolve your issue, you may escalate it to a higher authority.

While legal recourse against Cawabanga's decisions is available, resolution through discussion is strongly encouraged before pursuing court action.

Cawabanga reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified before any changes take effect.

• At least 7 days' notice will be given before any major changes take effect.
• Changes made for urgent security reasons may take effect immediately.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account and withdraw your balance.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
